Romer Environmental Protection Company, one of the world's top seawater desalination providers attend the show at the 59th edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair which held in Bulawayo between April 24 and 28, 2018.

At fair Romer showcase its cutting-edge products to thousands of consumers and investors who attended the fair.

The Romer team to the 2018 ZITF was led by the company's sales director, Mr Qiu Fan who told Media that our product is best suitable to provide a solution for all the clean water needs of the African continent.

'Our desalination systems have been manufactured to provide the best clean and safe water whether you're in the Sahara, the Sahel, the tropics or the equatorial regions of Africa and we are here to offer our services at very affordable prices to African governments, industries, groups and individuals', Mr Fan said.

The Shenzhen based Romer,which utilizes the reverse osmosis technology to provide clean water, presented their highly-rated deluxe, solar and wind series which are used to purify sea, ground, surface and brackish water for human consumption.

According to Mr Fan, Romer made appreciable sales and signed several deals at the trade fair and gave impressed customers a practical method on the use of the different desalination systems on show.

One top water company executive from southern Africa could not hide his admiration for the machines provided by Romer; 'I thought I had seen all there was to see when it comes to equipment for providing clean water but what Romer has provided for us here is at an entirely different high level'.

The 2018 ZITF is the first to be held in Zimbabwe since the exit of the government of long-term leader Robert Mugabe. His successor, Emerson Mnangagwa has opened up the economy to foreign investors and Romer Environmental Protection Company is seeking to fill the vacuum in the very crucial water services sector.

In the words of Mr Fan, 'In a very short time, people across Africa, and Zimbabwe in general, will attest to the fact that Romer is second to none when in the provision of affordable clean water in the continent'.

Romer has gradually established itself as a leader in the African market with completed and ongoing projects in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.
